The Ice Cream Bar worked with some of the biggest KL cocktail bars - Coley, JungleBird and Mizukami - to create this series of limited run of cocktail-inspired ice creams.
There are 4 flavours in this series:
- JungleBird's Jungle Bird - tropical notes of lime and pineapple, balanced with Campari bitters and rum
- Mizukami's Mapled Churchill - bourbon with maple honeycomb, complemented with sweet vermouth and lime custard
- Coley's Absinthe Frangelico - hazelnut notes with hints of dark chocolate and vanilla, with a lingering minty finish
- Popcorn Daiquiri with Bacardi - rum and caramel sauce,
finished with maple roasted almonds
I can personally vouch that they definitely did not skimp on the booze. If you're a lightweight you might even feel a little tipsy!
It goes for RM37.50 for 473ml or RM99 for the whole set of 4x250ml cans. Available in-store, online and GrabFood - don't say I #bojio ah!
