Caorunn kickstarted a 3-day celebration of this year’s World Gin Day (which falls on the second Saturday of June annually) with Jay Gray, bartender and co-founder of Sago House, Singapore.

Gray ran back-to-back guest shifts at EQ at its Étoile Bistro and its rooftop bar Blue.

A trade masterclass and a media workshop were also hosted based on the values of Sago House and their ethos of menu building surrounding the six styles of classic cocktails.
Sago House is #31 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2022, and #63 at the World's 50 Best Bars 2021.
