The Glendronach celebrated its brand relaunch in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia recently.
Old packaging |
The design of The Glendronach label may have changed over the decades,
but the house style, which features Oloroso and the Pedro Ximéne sherry
casks, remains.

The Glendronach was founded in 1826 by James Allardice. The name is derived from the Scottish Gaelic Gleann Dronach which means "valley of the brambles (or blackberries)".
The distillery has changed hands (those hands include Glenfiddich, Teacher's, Chivas and Benriach) numerous times over the years (it has even mothballed), and is currently under the ownership of the Brown-Forman Corporation (also the owners of Jack Daniel's) since 2016.
In conjunction with the relaunch, Nadodi curated a 7-course menu paired with the brand’s 12 Year Old, 15 Year Old, and 21 Year Old expressions. This menu, priced at RM990+, will be made available until 30 November 2024.
